A saxophonist since his youth, Teddy G’s musical journey has taken him from studying jazz in college with renowned educator Jerry Coker to performing with Gary U.S. Bonds’ backing band at Madison Square Garden and on the nationally televised Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert.

Through the years, that journey has crossed jazz, rock, soul and popular music. Performing with various rock and pop bands, Teddy G played tenor and alto saxophones, flute and wind controller (Aerophone), as well as his smooth-jazz favorite—the soprano saxophone.

Recently, Teddy G has returned his focus to the instrument and sound he has always been most passionate about: the sweet, expressive voice of the soprano saxophone, creating beautiful, relaxing melodies of love and romance that touch the emotions of his listeners. His music combines the warmth and expressiveness of smooth jazz with memorable melodies and romantic themes—music created simply to make people feel something.

His debut album, Forever Begins, represents the realization of a longtime musical dream—finally playing and recording the kind of music he has always dreamed of making. The collection features ten original instrumentals composed around themes of love, romance and devotion, with Teddy G’s soprano saxophone at the heart of every recording.

Created through an AI-Hybrid production process, Forever Begins combines emerging production technology with Teddy G’s original musical ideas, composition, creative direction, studio production and live soprano saxophone performance.

For Teddy G, however, technology is only part of the process. The heart of the music is a human heart.
